A message from Mike Jacoutot to all Focus To Win Attendees

OUR NEW HEAD OF LOCAL NURSING STARTS TODAY

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Mary Ann McLaughlin as President of the Local Nursing Division. Mary Ann’s responsibilities in this role will include all aspects of operational management and oversight of the division. The division, which now consists of operations in 30 different cities across the nation, generated a 39% increase in revenue over prior year in the 2005 fiscal year.

Mary Ann has held senior roles in the sales and marketing for over 20 years. She joins us from Randstad, North America in Atlanta, which is one of the nations leading providers of professional staffing and workforce solutions. In her role there as Managing Director of Operations, Mary Ann was responsible for the strategic development and execution of over $350 million in business, and was successful in returning her operations to profitable growth. Prior to her tenure at Randstad, North America, Mary Ann held a series of senior management roles for Standard Register Company of Dayton, Ohio, a leading business data and document management provider.

I am extremely excited to have a person of Mary Ann’s caliber and experience, join our senior management team. The combination of her solid operational management skills and the forward looking strategic mindset that she brings to the table will enable us to bring the local nursing division to the next level, in terms of both revenue growth and service excellence both to our client and talent base. I would like to emphasize that Mary Ann is joining an operation that has seen a significant amount of success in the last few years, with a skilled and passionate team that knows how to execute at all levels. We are positive that her addition will enable us to build off of the successful results that the organization has delivered.

For her part, Mary Ann has stated that she is very excited about the opportunity, and has been overwhelmed with the high degree of professionalism and passion exhibited by the team at Supplemental Health Care. Local nursing has been a key component that has allowed us to attain industry leading growth over the last four years. She is looking forward to a continuation of our upward trend and success.

Mary Ann resides with her family in Chicago, and was born in and raised in Peoria, Illinois. A recreational triathlete and marathoner, she is a graduate of Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She is married to Liam, and has two children, Jack and Keely.
