Alison Brandt - Market Manager Nursing
Alison Brandt, the Division Manager for our Nursing Division, has been with Supplemental Health Care since December 2003. She obtained her Bachelors Degree from Texas Tech University majoring in PSY. To further her education she graduated with her Master's Degree from Texas Christian University. She has over 6 years of recruiting experience in the healthcare industry.
Alison is married to Allen and is the proud mother of two young children.
Becky Borelli - Staffing Manger Nursing
Becky Borelli, Staffing Manager joined Supplemental Health Care in December 2005. She has over seven years of staffing and recruiting experience many of those in health care.
Becky graduated from Rockhurst University in Kansas City with a BS in Marketing. She has two grown daughters and has lived in the Dallas area for 11 years.
Caitlin Kennedy - Staffing Manager Nursing
Caitlin Kennedy joined the Supplemental Health Care Team in February of 2009 as a Staffing Manager. Caitlin earned her Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas at Austin in Corporate Communications in May 2008. Caitlin is an avid soccer player and played Division I soccer for the University of Texas Longhorns for 4 years. Caitlin enjoys spending time with friends and family and catching her favorite TV shows. She still enjoys a game of soccer from time to time and brings that competitive spirt with her to the office.
Carol Dearing - Area Manager Allied Health
Carol Dearing, our Area Manager, has been with Supplemental since 2001. Carol brought to SHC many years of staffing experience and has worked with all types of healthcare professionals. Carol oversees the Oklahoma and Texas offices.
Carol comes to the Allied Division after running the day to day operations of the Nursing division. Our allied health professionals appreciate her complete dedication to them, her clients, and the patients they serve. She is married to Jon, and is the proud mother of a Marine and a son who is a Baylor Bear Alumni.
Diana Rodriguez - Administrative Assistant - Allied Health
Diana Rodriguez joined the Supplemental Health Care team in November of 2008. With her, Diana brought over 8 years of administrative healthcare experience. Prior to joining the SHC team, Diana served as the Executive Assistant to the CNO at Methodist Charlton and prior to that the CFO and VP at Baylor Garland. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family. She is married and has two daughters and one son!
Erin Jistel - Recruiting Manager Allied Health
Erin Jistel, a native to the Dallas area, joined the Supplemental Health Care team in October of 2009 as a Recruiting Manager. Erin earned her Bachelor's degree from The University of Phoenix in Management. Prior to joining SHC, Erin was in sales at Cbeyond and ADP.
When she's not working, Erin loves to scuba dive, go horseback riding, and is a huge football fan-GO Cowboys and Texas A&M!!!
Janet Elkin - Regional Vice President Southeast Region
Janet Elkin, our Regional Vice President, has been with Supplemental since 2003 and has been in staffing for many years before that. Previously Janet was a Managing Director of an executive search firm in Dallas. She has a total of 15 years experience in healthcare.
Janet graduated with honors from Syracuse University with a dual BA/BS in Advertising/Public Relations and Psychology. She was born and raised in New York City, and has been a longtime Dallas resident. She is a member of the D/FW Healthcare Human Resources Association. Janet and her husband Robert are the proud parents of four daughters.
Joycelyn Williams- Recruiting Manager Allied Health
Joycelyn Williams, Recruiting Manager, has been with Supplemental Health Care since 2008. She brings to SHC over 5 years of Home Health Care experience. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. Prior to joining the SHC team, she worked as a Health and Fitness Specialist in the corporate arena. Originally from Louisiana, Joycelyn first joined SHC in the Oklahoma Allied Office. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Justin Allen - Recruiting Manager Allied Health
Justin Allen, Dallas native, joined Supplemental Health Care as a Recruiting Manager in June 2006. Prior to SHC, Justin was a Clinical Manager for an Orthopedic Practice in North Texas. Justin first learned of SHC when he contacted our offices to inquire about contract therapists for his facility! As a former client, Justin truly understands the importance of quality patient care and service excellence. When he's not talking to clients or therapists about Workforce Solutions, Justin enjoys hosting social gatherings, and spending time with friends & family.
Kara Pope - Recruiting Manager Nursing
Kara Pope joined the Supplemental Nursing Team in March of 2007 as a Recruiting Manager. She has over five years of healthcare staffing and recruitment experience. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Texas Tech University and double-majored in Comparative Literature and Psychology.
Kathryn Cooper - Recruiting Manager Allied Health
Kathryn "Lady" Cooper, a native to the Dallas area, joined the Supplemental Health Care Team in June of 2007 as a Recruiting Manager. Kathryn earned her Bachelor's Degree from Texas Tech University in Exercise and Sports Science in May 2007. Prior to joining SHC Kathryn interned at the Baylor Tom Landry Health and Wellness Center where she found a love for the health care industry which lead her to Supplemental Health Care.
Matthew Thomas- Recruiting Manager Allied Health
Matthew Thomas, originally from Chicago, IL, joined the Supplemental Healthcare team in July of 09. Matthew earned his Bachelor's from Bradley University in Psychology. Prior to joining Supplemental Healthcare, Matthew worked with Maxim Healthcare Services as an Accounts Manager. He enjoys spending time with wife Cristine, and 5 year old son Jordan. He is a huge Chicago Bears fan and DEDICATED fantasy football player.
Ron Plute - Area Manager Nursing
Ron Plute, our Area Manager over Texas Nursing, has over six years experience in healthcare staffing. He has a total of 20 years of sales and operational experience in the healthcare field.
Ron graduated from Brescia University with a BS in Biology. He is married with three grown children. He has been a resident of the Dallas/Fort Worth area for a total of 12 years.
Tambra Slaughter - Staffing Manager Allied Health
Tambra Slaughter joined Supplemental Health Care in July "08". She obtained her bachelor of science/community health studies degree from Texas Woman's University. Prior to SHC Tambra worked in clinical medical settings, as well as healthcare recruiting. Tambra resides in Lewisville, TX with her husband, eleven dogs, and twenty one cats. In her off time Tambra enjoys making jewlery, spending time with her family and, learning how to ballroom dance. One of her favorite shows is Dancing with the stars.
