- Other extreme: Low acuity/intensity, low census, over staffing, low agency usage
- And every possible combination in-between
Most people only focus on one or two issues at a time, frequently trying to solve these problems with nothing more than a pen and a clipboard!
And finally, solutions deteriorate due to changes in people, focus and priorities.
Workforce Solutions
Trying to solve these problems individually doesn’t work. Point solutions might address one area and provide some short-term relief, but the improvement is temporary and can actually magnify problems in other areas.
