Arvin Juan, Recruiting Manager
Arvin Juan is a great asset to the team in Southern California. Arvin graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a BA in Communication in 2001. Arvin's professionalism, diligence, and work ethic are a very large reason that he has been successful placing many candidates on assignment throughout the LA and Orange County areas. Arvin spends free time with his girlfriend by fishing and adventuring throughout Southern California. He values his family and enjoys quality time with them.
Gavin Ward, Division Manager
Gavin has had the opportunity to take on more challenging roles in the staffing industry since graduating from Westmont College in 2002 with a BA in Communication Studies. As a Southern California native, Gavin's familiarity with the clients and industry are keys to Supplemental's success in this region. He brings a unique client approach that creates strategic partnerships with Supplemental's clients. Gavin enjoys spending time with his fiancee, traveling, sporting events, and quality time with those he loves.
Rich Kellogg, Recruiting Manager
Supplemental Health Care is thrilled to have Rich on its team. Rich received his BS in Business and Economics from Westmont College in 2002. Rich has proven success in the staffing industry through his customer and talent first approach. Rich was named 2008 Recruiter of the Year for Supplemental Health Care by Healthcare Traveler Magazine. His positive energy and enthusiasm can be heard through the telephone. Nurses frequently turn to Rich when any questions or concerns arise as they know he will be able to assist and bring resolution. Rich spends his free time with his wife, family and friends. Excursions include trips to Disneyland and sporting events.
Sarah Aquino, On call Coordinator
You can find Sarah managing our nursing team after office hours. Sarah has many years of experience in her role and is a mother to a beautiful baby girl. Sarah is available from 5pm-8am as well as Holidays and weekends to assist.
