Jolene D. Weston - Vice President of Human Resources

Jolene is responsible for the human resources programs, policies, legal, benefits and training of Supplemental Health Care’s internal and external employee workforce. During her tenure, Jolene has successfully developed and implemented a variety of initiatives that has helped Supplemental Health Care establish a reputation as one of the industry leaders in talent focused services.

With a solid background in all aspects of human resources, Jolene has 15 years of progressive HR experience. Most recently, Jolene was director of human resources for AlphaGraphics in Salt Lake City. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
