Staffing Provider's Platinum Sponsorship Allows 70 Top Sales Students to Compete and Network
ATLANTA, Feb. 9, 2006 - Supplemental Health Care, Inc., a leading staffing provider of health care professionals in both per diem and travel positions, announced today their executive sponsorship of the Eighth Annual National Collegiate Sales Competition (NCSC) at Georgia's Kennesaw State University on March 17-18. Held annually at Kennesaw's Coles College of Business, the NCSC is a two-day event where students compete in one-on-one sales call challenges. Supplemental Health Care's sponsorship will defray travel and lodging expenses for students and faculty members and allow students nationwide the opportunity to compete regardless of financial status. Additionally, Supplemental Health Care's CEO and president, Mike Jacoutot, will speak during the event's opening ceremonies, sit on the NCSC judging panel and interact with prospective sales professionals through round table discussions and private interviews.
"Thanks to Supplemental Health Care's generosity, these students will be able to attend the Competition where they will compete with and learn from one another," said Terry W. Loe, Ph.D., National Collegiate Sales Competition director. "Supplemental Health Care and Mike Jacoutot are setting examples of the professionalism and commitment we encourage in our students.'
A frequent Kennesaw State University lecturer, Jacoutot was most recently an honored speaker at the Coles College of Business Tetley Distinguished Lecture Series, an educational seminar designed to further educate students on high-level business strategies and tactical measures.
"Supplemental Health Care is proud to be a sponsor of the National Collegiate Sales Competition," said Jacoutot. "By allowing students to showcase their selling skills to seasoned sales professionals, the NCSC gives future business leaders a valuable head start to succeeding in the real business world. It is an honor to work with the NCSC to further elevate collegiate sales programs to a new level of professionalism, integrity and prestige - three things that Supplemental Health Care prides itself on embodying."
